Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

As a Live Chat Specialist at National Water Company in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize strategic planning to help customers navigate through products and services offered by the company - Manage and prioritize multiple chat conversations simultaneously to ensure all customers are assisted efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience - Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor while interacting with customers and resolving their concerns - Continuously adapt to changing customer needs and feedback to improve the overall chat support experience


Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle various customer situations - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and people management to provide personalized and efficient customer support - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools - Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations
