Job Description:
Al Rajhi Holding Group is looking for a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. The Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through the company's website or mobile applications to provide support, answer queries, and help guide customers through the sales process. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and answer queries. 2. Guide customers through the sales process, helping them select products or services that meet their needs. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and procedures. 8. Monitor chat volumes and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Driven and energetic personality. 5. Strategic planning and people management skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
