As a Live Chat Specialist at National Water Company in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online users through our live chat platform. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via live chat - Provide product information, answer questions, and assist with online purchases - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and ensure a positive online experience - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Confident and driven personality with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service - Excellent planning and negotiation skills to effectively problem-solve and address customer concerns - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or e-commerce setting - Proficiency in using live chat systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
