Live Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through live chat support to assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with empathy and understanding - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Motivated and reliable individual who can work independently from home - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism - Critical thinking skills to solve problems and provide effective solutions to customers - Proficient in written communication with excellent grammar and spelling - Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
