Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 5. Conduct regular account audits to ensure accuracy and security. 6. Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer account information in the online system. 7. Support the sales team by providing account-related information and updates. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide excellent support to customers.
