Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent support to online account holders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with account setup, login issues, password resets, and payment processing - Utilize persuasion and creativity to promote additional services or products to customers - Monitor account activity for any suspicious or fraudulent behavior, escalating as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support - Hardworking and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team - Strong persuasion skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
