Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for an Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Mecca, SA. As an Online Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online accounts for our customers. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support online accounts for customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed - Monitor account activity and proactively address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to improve online account processes and procedures - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Hardworking individual with strong adaptability skills - Strong project management and critical thinking skills - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
