Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level position, the Online Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to our online customers and ensuring a seamless online experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with account-related issues via email and online chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team as needed. 3. Process online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role preferred. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in using online tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
