Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. As a part-time role with mid-to-senior level seniority, this position requires at least 6 years of relevant experience in the field.


Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts for the company, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to address any account-related concerns and provide support as needed. - Analyze account data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. - Develop strategies to increase online account engagement and retention. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the online account support process.


Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits are essential for success in this role. - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively manage online accounts. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Proven track record of success in managing online accounts. - Familiarity with online account management tools and platforms. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
