Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team at National Industrialization Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in online account management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of online account support for our company.

Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining online accounts for our business, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for any online account issues that may arise - Implementing new strategies to improve online account performance and user experience - Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions - Developing innovative solutions to enhance our online account support services - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all online platforms - Training and supervising a team of online account support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery - Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to online account support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8 years of experience in online account management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and with confidence - Proven track record of innovation and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with online account management tools and software - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in online account support
