Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to grow their career in the field of online account support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to online inquiries and resolving account-related issues promptly and efficiently. 2. Assist customers with account set-up, login issues, billing questions, and other account management tasks. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers and provide ongoing support to existing clients. 4. Conduct regular account reviews and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively support customers and drive sales. 6. Assist with the development of online account support materials, including tutorials, guides, and FAQs. 7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the online customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating cooperation and strategic planning skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6.
