Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

National Water Company is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Representative in Jeddah, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers regarding their accounts, billing inquiries, and technical issues - Communicate effectively with customers via live chat, email, and phone to address their needs in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and proactive approach to customer service
