Job Description:
Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking an Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent, reliable, cooperative, and possess strong communication skills. The Online Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to customers with their online accounts, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with creating and managing online accounts - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online account access and functionality - Provide guidance on how to navigate the online platform - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email or live chat - Collaborate with the IT team to escalate technical issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in the online account support process - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of online account management systems - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours - Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
