Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Call Center Assistant at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company in Medina, SA, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns through online communication channels. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with navigating the company's website and online platforms - Handle customer complaints and recommend solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide relevant information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer interactions - Document all customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in conducting online research and problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
