Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

SABIC is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Assistant in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates who are confident, energetic, and possess strong decision-making and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and empathy. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Utilize online systems and databases to input and track customer information. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate. 2. Confident and energetic personality with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to make quick and informed decisions. 4. Adaptability to changing situations and customer needs. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms. 6. Must be able to work part-time hours in Riyadh, SA.
