Job Description:
Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers regarding online orders, menu items, promotions, and general inquiries. 2. Assisting customers with placing online orders and providing guidance on our products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Updating and maintaining customer information in the database accurately. 5. Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. 6. Upselling products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction. 7. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 3. Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. 4. Persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers. 5. Reliable and dedicated work ethic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
