Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately. 3. Assist customers with online orders, product information, and issue resolution. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Conduct research to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics. 9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
