Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Riyadh, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate information regarding our products and services. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Escalate complex issues to higher levels of management when necessary. 4. Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times. 5. Document all customer interactions in the company database for future reference. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 7. Meet daily call quotas and performance targets set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to empathize with customers' concerns. 3. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. 4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. 5. Flexible work schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts. 6. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. 7. Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
Personality Traits: 1. Motivated to excel in a fast-paced call center environment. 2. Adaptable to changing customer needs and company policies.
Soft Skills: 1. Emotional intelligence to understand and manage customer emotions effectively. 2. Decision-making skills to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
