Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns regarding products and services. 3. Provide accurate information to customers and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Perform data entry tasks and other administrative duties as needed. 7. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills. 8. Meet individual and team metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Leadership qualities to handle challenging situations independently. 5. Motivated and adaptable personality to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 6. Must be proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with CRM software. 7.
