Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company in Mecca, SA. As an Online Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and online chats. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a positive and efficient manner - Process customer orders and returns - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and driven to succeed - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms - Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required
