Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Call Center Manager to join Yanbu Cement Company in Mecca, SA. As the Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online call center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online call center representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor call center performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the online call center operations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction - Implement innovative solutions to improve the overall customer experience


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a call center management role - Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset - Knowledge of call center technologies and best practices - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
