Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong sense of independence and dedication. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Managing online chat support and email correspondence with customers - Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries - Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Meeting KPIs and performance targets set by the company

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative thinking and strong decision-making skills - High school diploma or equivalent education - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
