Job Description - Online Call Center Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Al Gosaibi Bros. in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers through phone calls, emails, and chat support. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats in a professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all interactions and follow up on customer inquiries - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge - Conduct research as needed to answer customer questions and provide solutions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Research skills to find information and solutions for customers - Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
