Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Update customer information in the database and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with customers through online platforms. 6. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong adaptability and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online call center software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
