Job Description:
As an Online Call Center Representative at Saud Consult, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. Your duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about company products and services - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals - Collect and report customer feedback to management
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and independent - Critical thinking skills - Presentation skills
