The Online Chat Support Assistant at Hilton in Jeddah, SA will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests via online chat. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient and resourceful, with strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via online chat. 2. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions. 3. Assist guests with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and providing support with cancellations. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. 5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications with guests. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and brand consistency.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in computer systems and online chat platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Leadership skills and the ability to think critically to solve problems effectively.
