Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer service through online chat support to assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues. 5. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify customer trends and provide feedback to improve our products and services. 6. Display leadership qualities to handle challenging customer situations and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or certification in customer service preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in using online chat software. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Must be detail-oriented and possess problem-solving skills. 6. Demonstrated strategic planning and leadership skills. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours.
