Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Chat Support Associate to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company in Riyadh, SA. As an entry-level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via online chat to provide information, assistance, and support. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that meet both the customer's needs and company policies. 6. Participate in strategic planning to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Dedicated and confident personality traits. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent negotiation skills. 5. Ability to think strategically and plan effectively. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
