Bawan Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize strategic planning to effectively communicate product information and promotions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5.
