Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description: Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate level position, the Online Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner via online chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and order tracking. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and new features. 9. Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 4. Leadership skills to guide and support team members. 5. Reliable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Knowledge of online chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Flexible schedule to work part-time hours. 8. Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
