Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers and clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Report any technical issues or trends to the appropriate department. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively answer customer questions. 8. Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills with a focus on cooperation and teamwork. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively. 4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. 6. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours. 8. Must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia. 9. Must have a positive and professional attitude.
