Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Medina, SA. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage people - Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, as training will be provided - Must be fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be a plus)
