Job Description - Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Chat Support Specialist at Jarir Marketing Company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. You will be the frontline representative of the company, helping customers with inquiries, technical issues, and providing product information. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat - Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Driven and independent with a positive attitude - Cooperates well with team members and has a creative approach to problem-solving - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Customer service experience is a plus but not required
