Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description

As an Online Client Relations Associate at United Electronics Company, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our online clients. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires someone who is resilient and independent, with strong people management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with online clients to address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with the sales team to provide support to clients throughout the purchasing process - Monitor client feedback and work to improve overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain online clients

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Demonstrated ability in people management and leadership - Basic computer skills - Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
