Online Client Relations Manager

The Online Client Relations Manager at Sipchem in Mecca, SA will be responsible for managing relationships with clients in a virtual setting. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via online platforms such as email, chat, and video conferencing - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and improve the overall client experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients - Develop creative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and track key performance indicators related to client relations
