Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Mobily in Mecca, SA. As a part-time position, this role requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate should be confident, dedicated, have excellent strategic planning skills, and be a problem-solving expert.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with Mobily's online clients, ensuring positive interactions and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client engagement and retention. 3. Act as the key point of contact for all online client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 4. Monitor online reviews and respond in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create online client communication strategies. 6. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online client relations strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in client relations, preferably in an online setting. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
