Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Hilton in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a confident individual with at least 3 years of relevant experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client queries and provide timely responses - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online client experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase online client engagement - Coordinate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products or services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and time management abilities - Prior experience in online client relations or customer service - Adaptability to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment - Confidence in handling challenging situations with diplomacy - Familiarity with online platforms and social media - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
