Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Managing relationships with clients through various online platforms - Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Analyzing client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the client experience - Developing and maintaining client databases and records - Assisting in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients - Providing support to clients through online channels and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
