Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate-level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients. You will be responsible for engaging with clients through various online platforms, handling inquiries and addressing concerns, as well as providing guidance and support regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with online clients through various platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product and service information to clients and assist with purchasing decisions. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve online client experience. 6. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Contribute to the development of online client engagement strategies and initiatives. 8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. 2. At least 3 years of experience in online client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Independent and confident personality traits. 5. Excellent presentation and planning skills. 6. Proficiency in using online platforms and social media for client engagement. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
