Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing online client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities - Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction - Compile and analyze data to track client engagement and retention - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns to attract new clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relations role - Strong attention to detail and presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
