Online Client Relations Officer

Job description:

Savola Group is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client relationships through various digital platforms, including email, social media, and online chat. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns. 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide support and information to clients. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback and address any issues or concerns raised by clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills. 3. High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
