Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Al Rajhi Holding Group in Medina, SA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance. - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and address any issues or concerns. - Develop and implement strategic plans for improving client relations and increasing client retention. - Make data-driven decisions to optimize the online client relations process and drive business growth.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Experience working in a fast-paced, online environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. - Strategic planning and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Fluent in English and Arabic.
