Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various online platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Conduct research to understand client preferences and needs - Effectively communicate company products and services to clients - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving client experience - Handle any client complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
