Online Client Relations Representative

As an Online Client Relations Representative at Almarai Company, based in Medina, SA, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients through online channels. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients through various online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media, to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Monitor client feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and communicate this feedback to the appropriate departments. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products or services to existing clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience across all channels.
