L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a dynamic Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident and energetic, with a strong ability for critical thinking and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms - Providing exceptional customer service to online clients - Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records - Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services - Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Confidence, energy, critical thinking, and innovation are essential personality traits - Self-motivated and able to work independently
