Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time associate level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, have excellent time management skills, and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client interactions via email, live chat, and social media platforms - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative strategies to enhance the client experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues and maintain a positive reputation for the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
