Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess strong people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that arise - Track client interactions and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in creating and implementing client engagement strategies - Provide support and assistance to clients navigating our online platforms - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
