Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Middle East Battery Company is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Assistant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and product information through online channels. 2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Coordinate with various departments to fulfill client requests in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas for improving client services. 6. Assist in planning and implementing strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into daily tasks. 8. Handle any client complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or client relations. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 6. Basic knowledge of battery products and services is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
