Job Description - Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Saudi Post is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service and client relations.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with online inquiries and technical support via email, chat, and phone - Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage online client accounts, update information, and process orders as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online client experience - Conduct research and analysis to identify and recommend improvements to the online client service process - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the online client service experience


Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service - Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Creativity in problem-solving and a proactive approach to handling client inquiries - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online client management systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
