Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Associate at Saudi Electricity Company in Medina, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. As an Online Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through web-based platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via online platforms. 2. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Provide product and service information to clients through online channels. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer support. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to effectively assist clients. 8. Work independently and confidently to resolve client issues and provide solutions. 9. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in group discussions and meetings. 10. Demonstrate strong people management skills to ensure successful interactions with clients.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. 2. Independent and confident personality traits. 3. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others. 4. Proficiency in online communication platforms and customer service software. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing work demands. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
